.. _V4.03.101: **v4.03.101** TPLS101 - Infinite plate subjected to symmetric heat exchange with the outside ================================================================================================== **Summary:** The aim of this test is to test the model of a linear thermal shell with three fields by comparison with the analytical solution, for an infinite plate subjected to a couple of heat exchange conditions with the outside, symmetric with respect to the middle sheet. The heat equation is solved in a stationary state, with linear, isotropic, homogeneous conduction. The results are presented for the available finite elements of thermal surface shells triangles and quadrangles. Compared to test TPLS100 [:ref:`V4.03.100 `], this one makes it possible to verify the contribution of exchange coefficients to thermal stiffness, as well as various methods for assigning boundary conditions. In addition, the solution is such that the temperature is uniform throughout the thickness. .. toctree:: :hidden: self .. toctree:: :maxdepth: 2 :numbered: Probl_me_de_r_f_rence Solution_de_r_f_rence Mod_lisation_A Mod_lisation_B Mod_lisation_C Mod_lisation_D Mod_lisation_E Synth_se_des_r_sultats
