**Summary:**

The objective of this test is to verify that the various crack propagation methods available in PROPA_FISS correctly manage a 3D crack background that is divided into several backgrounds and several backgrounds that merge into a single background during propagation. In addition, this test gives an example of using mesh refinement (Lobster) with the PROPA_FISS operator.
