.. _V3.04.104: **v3.04.104** SSLV104 - Rotating beam =========================================== **Summary:** This test makes it possible to validate the linear elastic calculation of a slender beam subjected to a rotation of one of its ends. Four models are tested: 3D elements (HEXA20), COQUE_3D elements (QUAD9 and TRIA7), and D_ PLAN (QUAD8) elements. This tests the forces of inertia of rotation, without taking into account the elementary terms of centrifugal stiffness (cf. [:external:ref:`V3.04.105 `]). The reference solution is analytical (1D).
