5. Summary of results

• Movations: the result obtained with mesh QUAD4 is satisfactory (difference of 0.4%). There is a larger difference (3%) for mesh TRIA3.

• Constrains: the result obtained with mesh QUAD4 is satisfactory (maximum difference of 3%). There is a larger difference (7%) for mesh TRIA3.

This test therefore makes it possible to validate the calculation of composite plates under load as a function of geometry, both in terms of displacements and constraints.
