**v3.03.117** SSLS117 - Eccentricity of non-symmetric plates
================================================================

**Summary:**

This test validates the eccentricity of simple plates that are not symmetric with respect to the mesh plane or draft plane (keyword EXCENTREMENT of the AFFE_CARA_ELEM command).

The reference is given by a first resolution where a bilayer consisting of two layers of different thicknesses and two materials is modelled.

It is used to validate a second calculation where two layers that are eccentric with respect to the mesh plane are modelled.

It differs from test SSLS111 only in that the 2 layers are of different thicknesses.

Four models implement elements DKT, DKQ.
