This test from guide VPCS (SSLS 07/89) aims to validate a loading line (FORCE_POUTRE) in axisymmetric modeling.

For this purpose, we will use the 2 commands: AFFE_CHAR_MECA (modeling A) and AFFE_CHAR_MECA_F (modeling B).
