It is important that the middle node of SEG3 is in the middle, the*Code_Aster* checks this condition with a tolerance. The results obtained with*Code_Aster* are similar to those of :math:`\text{ABAQUS}` with pipe elements except for the :math:`\mathrm{DY}` displacement (natural weight and nodal force) where the difference is of the order of 5% and 2%.
