v3.01.007 SSLL0 7 - Thin arc embedded in out-of-plane bending

Summary:

The static linear elasticity test is used to validate straight beam elements POU_D_T.

This test case concerns a thin arc embedded in out-of-plane bending.

The displacements and moments are tested by comparing simulation results with the reference solution AFNOR (ref. [1]) as well as those obtained with the Pipestress software.
