The static linear elasticity test is used to validate straight beam elements POU_D_T.

This test case concerns a slender beam with 2 embedded supports.

Support reactions and bending moments are tested by comparing simulation results with the reference solution AFNOR (ref. [1]) as well as those obtained with the Pipestress software.
