.. _V2.05.103: **v2.05.103** SDLX103 — Structure-soil-structure interaction between two buried buildings ============================================================================================ **Summary:** This test contributes to the validation of *Code_Aster* - MISS3D chaining by the frequency coupling method. It represents a typical case of coupling by the ground between 2 buried buildings, that is to say a case of structure-soil-structure interaction. We are testing 2 twin buildings, each represented by a 1D model-skewer model, each :math:`\mathrm{5m}` embedded in a laminate floor. A harmonic force, with a constant modulus for each frequency between :math:`\mathrm{0,1}\mathit{Hz}` and :math:`20\mathit{Hz}`, is imposed at the top of one of the buildings. We test the direct response module at the top of the excited building as well as the coupled response module at the top of the adjacent building with respect to the values obtained during a test program on structures representative of nuclear buildings subject to seismic risk: program NUPEC [:ref:`bib1 `].
