v2.05.001 SDLX01 - Flexion of a symmetric gantry#

Summary:

This flat problem consists in looking for the vibration frequencies of a mechanical structure composed of an assembly of rectangular beams (symmetric gantry). This structural mechanics test corresponds to a dynamic analysis of an assembled structure with linear behavior. It includes a single model.

Through this problem, we test the Timoshenko beam element as well as the calculation of vibration frequencies by the inverse iteration method.

The results obtained are in very good agreement with those of guide VPCS. The error on the first thirteen vibration frequencies is less than 0.2%.
