**v2.04.129** SDLV129 - Vibratory fatigue from a fan blade

**Summary:**

This test case makes it possible to validate the calculation of the maximum admissible vibration amplitude for a fan blade. The calculation is based on the calculation of modal constraints and then post-processing with the operator CALC_FATIGUE.

This test case includes only one model. The reference values are of the non-regression type. We verify analytically in a few knots, based on the constraints calculated by Code_Aster, that the fatigue post-treatment is correct.
