4. H modeling

This modeling is the same as G modeling, but it uses dualized boundary conditions (from AFFE_CHAR_MECA) and not kinematic steps.

In addition, a non-zero displacement is imposed at the blocking point to treat the case of conditions with non-homogeneous limits.

This test is used as a reference to models I and J. It has no real physical meaning.
