3. B modeling

3.1. Characteristics of modeling

A global model is built by gluing together the 23 meshes from modeling B. The re-gluing conditions are obtained using the AFFE_CHAR_MECA/LIAISON_MAIL command.

Because of the numerous integration conditions, the assembled system includes a large number of Lagrange multipliers: for a total size of 4451875 degrees of freedom, there are 52282 Lagrange multipliers. To ensure the quality of modal analysis, unknowns are eliminated using the methodology presented in [R5.03.05].
