.. _V2.03.114: **v2.03.114** SDLS114 - Calculation of stress intensity factors for a cracked plate by modal recombination ==================================================================================================================== **Summary** This test aims to validate the calculation of the intensity factors of a plate cracked by modal recombination. The modal intensity factors, therefore associated with each specific vibration mode of the structure, are calculated with the operators CALC_G, option K (in FEM) and CALC_G_XFEM, option CALC_K_G (in X-FEM). The models illustrate the possibility of combining modal intensity factors directly in the command file using Python instructions using the POST_K_TRANS operator. This test contains two 2D models (A and C modeling) and two 3D models (B and D). The reference solution is the result of a direct temporal resolution of the transitory problem. Both models A and B are for mesh cracks.
