This test in the field of modal analysis involves the calculation of the natural modes of bending of a rectangular plate simply supported on all its edges.

The calculation is done


* either by substructuring on a Ritz modal basis, with a Craig-Bampton or Mac Neal type interface;


* or directly.

The reference solution is analytical, both for natural frequencies and for modal deformations.
