Characteristics of modeling
-----------------------------------

The structure is divided into 3 sub-structures, all supported on the outer edges. The complete model has two interfaces, one Craig&Bampton and the other MacNeal. We are testing the possibility of having a substructure with two different types of interfaces:

Substructure 1 and 3:360 QUAD4 meshes.

Sub-structure 2:480 QUAD4 meshes.

For each substructure: 6 fixed interface modes + 20 coupling modes.
