We test the output quantities of the operator POST_ROCHE in the case of using moments that are not dependent on time (keyword factor RESU_MECA).
Since this is a computer validation (by an algorithm external to Code_Aster implemented in Python in the test), the reference values have no physical meaning. We check that POST_ROCHE gives the same results as the test algorithm.
