v2.02.133 SDLL133 - Calculation of prestressed natural modes of a bladed wheel#

Summary:

The objective of this test case is to calculate the prestressed natural modes of a bladed wheel. Prestress is obtained by applying rotation to the wheel and locking one of the blades.

Two models are carried out:

  • Modeling A: we model the entire wheel with 3D elements,

  • B modeling: we model with 3D elements only a fin on which cyclic symmetry conditions are applied.

For each of the two models, a first nonlinear static calculation is performed to find the constraints, then a modal analysis is carried out to obtain the prestressed eigenmodes.
