Benchmark solution ===================== Calculation method ----------------- The reference results are given by ROTORINSA, a finite element code intended to predict the dynamic behavior of rotors under bending. The following parameters were used for the reference results: * The calculation is based on a number of rotating modes :math:`\mathrm{NVES}=8+4`, in ROTORINSA. * The rotation speed range is set from :math:`0` to :math:`20000\mathrm{tr}/\mathrm{mn}` with a step :math:`500\mathrm{tr}/\mathrm{mn}`. Reference quantities and results ----------------------------------- The results of ROTORINSA give the frequencies of the flexure modes. The calculation of the rotating modes is done with Code_Aster using the same modeling as ROTORINSA. The Code_Aster results give both the frequencies of the flexure, torsional, and traction/compression modes. The number of modes calculated is 12. References ---------- 1.
