.. _V2.02.106: **v2.02.106** SDLL106 - Beam subject to distributed random excitation =========================================================================== **Summary:** A two-embedded beam is subjected to a distributed force over its entire length. The force distribution profile is the same at all frequencies. The random movement of this beam is evaluated by a stochastic approach: the power spectral density of the displacement is determined at various points on the beam. We are testing both possibilities: * spatial function of the forces applied with interspectrum unity (method 1), * interspectrum constructed directly for excited ddls (method 2).
