F modeling ============== Characteristics of modeling ----------------------------------- The characteristics of modeling F are identical to those of modeling A except for substructure 2 where the second discrete element has been replaced by the relationship :math:`F=-\mathit{kx}`. This modeling makes it possible to test the use of option RELA_EFFO_DEPL in a dynamic substructuring calculation. .. image:: images/Shape1.gif .. _RefSchema_Shape1.gif: The transient response of the system is calculated using 'Craig-Bampton' interfaces (blocked interfaces). The method of integration by central differences is applied. The calculation of the direct response (without substructuring) is not included in this modeling.
