**v1.04.119** PETSC04 - Validating the FIELDSPLIT preconditioner from PETSc

**Summary:**

This test case makes it possible to validate the operation of the preconditioner FIELDSPLIT of the solver PETSC. This is a very general framework for dynamically defining block preconditioners. We refer to the

documentation for using the SOLVEUR keyword, [:ref:`U4.50.01 <U4.50.01>`].

The test includes 4 models, making it possible to verify the correct functioning of the solver:
