On the upper side, two types of loading are applied:
Imposed displacement (models A, B, C)
Top side: \(\mathit{DZ}\mathrm{=}1\)
Pressure imposed (modeling D)
Top side: \(\mathit{PRES}=\mathrm{10⁸}\)
