5. C modeling#

The loads and materials are identical to those in modeling \(A\).

Only the control variables change: SECH is used here in addition to temperature and half of that used in modeling A. This value is also assigned to the expansion coefficient due to drying. This value is also assigned to the expansion coefficient due to drying.

The « thermal » expansion will therefore be composed of one half of pure thermal expansion and another half of deformation due to drying. The results should be the same as those of modeling A.

5.1. Characteristics of modeling#

The problem is modelled in axisymmetry: AXIS.

5.2. Characteristics of the mesh#

The mesh includes 200 QUAD4 meshes.

5.3. Tested sizes and results#

Comparison of the results obtained with law ELAS with those obtained with law UMAT.

The results from the two large deformation models (SIMO_MIEHE and GDEF_LOG) are also tested in NON_REGRESSION to \(\text{0.1\%}\).
