v1.01.366 ZZZZ366 - IMPR_RESU and LIRE_RESU validation test

Summary:

This test validates the numbering permutations that occur when printing and rereading ELNO fields in MED format. The different models in this test correspond to the different types of 3D meshes for which the numbering conventions of element nodes differ between Code_Aster and MED.

• Modeling A: verification for HEXA

• B modeling: verification for PENTA

• C modeling: verification for PYRA

• D modeling: verification for TETRA
