.. _V1.01.340: **v1.01.340** ZZZZ340 — Validating the TEMP_CONTINUE keyword for AFFE_CHAR_THER =============================================================================== **Summary** This test validates the keyword TEMP_CONTINUE from the ECHANGE_PAROI factor keyword from the AFFE_CHAR_THER and AFFE_CHAR_THER_F [:ref:`U4.44.02 `] operators. This keyword only concerns the X- FEM models, and leads to the cancellation of all the enriched degrees of freedom ("Heaviside" and "crack-tip") corresponding to the presence of cracks given by the user under the FISSURE keyword. Setting these degrees of freedom to zero amounts to solving the heat equation in a domain that does not include these cracks. We validate this functionality on a simple problem of stationary linear thermal in dimension 2. We consider a square plate at a fixed temperature, comprising a straight through crack arranged in the direction orthogonal to the temperature gradient. The use of the TEMP_CONTINUE keyword makes it possible not to take into account the discontinuity of the temperature field through this crack and to reduce oneself to the resolution of the "healthy" problem, the latter admitting an analytical solution. In this test, we also validate the calculation of the temperature gradient at the Gauss points of the elements X- FEM in the THER_LINEAIRE operator (field TEMP_ELGA). We only consider one model: * modeling :math:`A`: :math:`\text{X-FEM}\mathrm{2D}` (crack in the middle of the elements) .. _RefNumPara__11655_1489988600: .. toctree:: :hidden: self .. toctree:: :maxdepth: 2 :numbered: Probl_me_de_r_f_rence Solution_de_r_f_rence Mod_lisation_A___fissure_non-maill_e_en_dimension_2 Synth_ses_des_r_sultats
