v1.01.258 ZZZZ258 - Validating the ETAT_INIT keyword from STAT_NON_LINE

Summary:

This test validates the behavior of the code when a non-linear calculation is « continued » by imposing an initial state on it (keyword ETAT_INIT).

In particular, it is verified that certain alarms are emitted when the behavior of certain elements is changed.

Note: The code should also emit a fatal error when behavior change is prohibited. This is checked in test error07 (v1.01.260).
