1. Reference problem#
1.1. Geometry#
The geometry of the problem is that of a cube with side 200 and whose faces are called \(\mathit{Face1}\), \(\mathit{Face2}\), \(\mathit{Face3}\), \(\mathit{Face4}\), \(\mathit{Face5}\) and \(\mathit{Face6}\).
1.2. Material properties#
It is an isotropic linear elastic material with Young’s modulus \(1.\) and Poisson’s ratio \(0.3\).
1.3. Boundary conditions and loads#
The cube is embedded on its side \(\mathit{Face1}\) while all the others are subject to fluid pressure.
1.4. Initial conditions#
The initial conditions are free of any displacement and constraints.
