Print a macr_elem_dyna data structure in IDEAS and MISS_3D formats.

We print:


* the definition of a link interface between a macrostructure and its external environment,


* a modal base (dynamic modes of the macro-structure and static modes resulting either from unit movements imposed at the interface, or from unit forces imposed on the interface),


* the macro-structure mass and stiffness matrices projected on the previous modal basis.
