u7.03.03 Python methods for controlling GMSH

Summary:

This document presents the supervisor for controlling GMSH from Python, and therefore from the Aster command file.

This supervisor produces all types of 2D meshes using the GMSH software (https://gmsh.info). In particular, it is used in Aster by the interactive post-processing tool STANLEY in order to generate mesh elements for post-processing, but can be extended to other applications: parametric meshing, remeshing, etc.
