Adapt a mesh with the HOMARD software.
This operation is possible for a mesh composed of mesh-points, segments, segments, triangles, quadrangles, tetrahedra, hexahedra, pentahedra. A field controlling the adaptation will possibly have been calculated. Depending on its value mesh by mesh or node by node, or according to a geometric directive, the HOMARD software will modify the mesh. It is also possible to interpolate fields, from the old mesh to the new one.
You can combine calculation and adaptation as you go in a process of improving the calculation. This process can take place in a single pass, or split into several steps by a POURSUITE.
The HOMARD software is presented on the site: < https://www.code-aster.org/outils/homard>` https://www.code-aster.org/outils/homard`_
It describes the technique used to modify meshes as well as examples.
