Read a file containing a table.

This command allows you to read a table written in a file in the format TABLEAU, ASTER or a format called LIBRE.

In TABLEAU and ASTER formats, the file can come directly from a IMPR_TABLE in the same format.

The LIBRE format, as the name suggests, is more flexible. However, certain conditions must be met in order for the columns to be correctly identified and to obtain the expected result.
