Calculate the fatigue damage suffered by a structure subjected to random stress.

To do this POST_FATI_ALEA allows, based on the data, spectral moments that fully characterize the random signal:

  • to extract by a statistical method for counting cycles (method for counting stress peaks or method for exceeding a given level) the number of elementary loading cycles undergone by the structure,

  • to determine the elementary damage associated with each elementary cycle using the Wöhler curve of the material,

  • to determine the average damage during the duration of the signal.

On the other hand, it is possible to take into account the influence of the elastoplastic concentration coefficient.

The average damage is stored in a typetable_sdaster table.
