Create a field of type cham_no, map, or cham_elem. You can create a field
by assigning values to knots or meshes,
by assembling (and/or combining) pieces of existing fields,
by evaluating the functions of a field of functions to make it a field of reals,
by modifying the geometric representation of a field (node passage \(\iff\) Gauss points for example),
by extracting a field from a SD_RESULTAT data structure (evol_ther, evol_noli, mode_meca,…).
