u4.42.05 Macro-command CALC_PRECONT

Summary

This macro-command makes it possible to tension the cables in a structure, so that, at the end of this calculation, the structure is in balance and the tension is equal to the tension given by the rules BPEL91, calculated by the command DEFI_CABLE_BP.

It also allows:

• to apply prestress gradually, so as to be able to treat the case where the concrete will plasticize or be damaged according to the behavior model selected,

• to practice prestress phasing, that is to say the tensioning of cables sequentially.

In this tension phase, the behavior of the steel is considered to be purely elastic.
