The execution consists of a set of commands beginning with DEBUT and se
ending with [:ref:`FIN <U4.11.02>`].

The DEBUT command does the following:

* Definition of the characteristics of databases (managed by JEVEUX) and
  allocation of associated files,

* Reading the catalogs of items and orders.

The apparently complex syntax of this procedure should not cause concern to the user;
its call with the operands by default, sufficient in most cases, is: DEBUT ().
