u3.14.02 3D models_ FLUIDE, FLUI_STRU, 2D_ FLUI_PESA#

Summary:

This document describes for 3D models_ FLUIDE, FLUI_STRU, 2D_ FLUI_PESA:

  • the degrees of freedom carried by the finite elements that support modeling,

  • the related support meshes,

  • the loads supported,

  • non-linear possibilities,

  • test cases implementing the models.

The 3D_ FLUIDE (volume elements) and FLUI_STRU (2D fluid-structure interaction elements) models correspond to the linear formulation of the coupled problem allowing the study of the vibratory behavior of a structure in the presence of a non-viscous, compressible fluid [R4.04.01]. The free surface is taken into account by 2D_ FLUI_PESA modeling (surface elements).
