Summary:

This document describes for the « DIS_T » and « DIS_TR » models:

• the degrees of freedom carried by the finite elements that support modeling,

• the related support meshes,

• the loads supported,

• non-linear possibilities,

• test cases implementing the models.

The two models « DIS_T » and « DIS_TR » allow the representation of discrete translational and translation-rotation elements.

They can be used for three-dimensional problems in linear and nonlinear mechanical analysis.
