**r7.01.35** Behavioral relationship BETON_BURGER for concrete creep

**Summary:**

This document introduces creep model BETON_BURGER, which is a way to model concrete creep (clean and desiccation). This model is strongly inspired by the structure already in place in model BETON_UMLV.

This model is implemented under MFront and integrated directly into code_aster.
