.. _R5.04.04: **r5.04.04** Nonlocal modeling with nodal damage gradients GVNO =========================================================================== **Summary** We present here the nonlocal nodal damage gradient modeling entitled GVNO in Code_Aster, resulting from the thesis work of J. Beaurain. This modeling can be seen as a simplification of non-local modeling with an internal variable gradient GRAD_VARI. Non-local models of type GVNO are available in 3D (3D_ GVNO), axisymmetric (AXIS_GVNO), and plane deformations (D_ PLAN_GVNO). The use of GVNO is very simple, since all you have to do is specify the X_ GVNO modeling in AFFE_MODELE, specify a characteristic length under the keyword NON_LOCAL in DEFI_MATERIAU, and check that the law of behavior you want to use is indeed available in a non-local version. The writing and numerical processing of this model are presented. .. toctree:: :hidden: self .. toctree:: :maxdepth: 2 :numbered: Rappel_sur_la_th_orie_des_mod_les___gradient Choix_des__l_ments_finis M_thodes_de_r_solution Mod_lisations_disponibles Lois_de_comportement_disponibles_avec_les_mod_lisations_GVNO Conseils_Proc_dure_pour_la_mise_en_oeuvre_d_une_nouvelle_loi_de_comportement___gradients_d_endommagement Conseils_sur_l_utilisation_de_GVNO Fonctionnalit_s_et_v_rifications Bibliographie Description_des_versions_du_document
