.. _R5.03.32: **r5.03.32** Assembly behavior law ASSE_CORN ========================================================== **Summary:** This document describes the nonlinear behavior of nonlinear tower angle assemblies modeled by discrete elements DIS_TR. This law of behavior is affected on discrete elements by means of the ASSE_CORN relationship called by the nonlinear problem solving operators STAT_NON_LINE [:external:ref:`R5.03.01 `] or DYNA_NON_LINE [:external:ref:`R5.05.05 `]. The law represents both the tensile behavior of the assembly and the time-rotation relationship around the axis of the bolts perpendicular to the assembly. The other loading directions have linear elastic behavior described by classical stiffness characteristics. In the law of behavior, two phases associated with two mechanisms are distinguished: the first representing the friction and sliding of the bolts up to the stop, and the second representing the plasticization of the assembly to the point of collapse. The plastic laws describing each of these phases look the same and have a concavity at their connection which makes convergence problematic and requires particular numerical treatment in the calculation options used by Newton's iterative method. **Table of Contents** .. toctree:: :hidden: self .. toctree:: :maxdepth: 2 :numbered: Notations Mod_le_physique_du_comportement_unidirectionnel_de_l_assemblage Relation_de_comportement_des_m_canismes Implantation_dans_Code_Aster R_f_rences_bibliographiques Description_des_versions_du_document
