.. _R5.02.02: **r5.02.02** Nonlinear thermal =================================== **Summary** The operator THER_NON_LINE [:ref:`U4.54.02 `] makes it possible to solve transient heat problems in solids in the presence of non-linearities in material properties (heat capacity and conductivity), or boundary conditions (radiation-type heat exchange). The formulation and the algorithm used are presented here, the latter being close to that linked to the operator STAT_NON_LINE [:external:ref:`R5.03.01 `]. The various calculation options required have been presented in the plane, axisymmetric, and three-dimensional structural elements [:external:ref:`U3.22.01 `], [:ref:`U3.23.01 `], and [:external:ref:`U3.24.01 `]. .. toctree:: :hidden: self .. toctree:: :maxdepth: 2 :numbered: Expression_de_l__quation_de_la_chaleur_en_thermique_non_lin_aire Conditions_aux_limites__chargement_et_condition_initiale Formulation_variationnelle_du_probl_me Discr_tisation_en_temps_de_l__quation_diff_rentielle Discr_tisation_spatiale_et_adaptation_de_l_algorithme_de_Newton_au_probl_me Principales_options_de_thermique_non-lin_aire_calcul_es_dans_Code_Aster Bibliographie
