r4.20.01 Indicators of discharge and loss of proportionality of elastoplasticity loading

Summary

We present a set of scalar parameters called indicators, making it possible to assess a discharge or a loss of proportionality of a load during its history. Two types of indicators are proposed: indicators in the form of scalar fields making it possible to detect areas of the structure undergoing non-radial discharges or loads, and global indicators integrated into an area of the structure chosen by the user. The latter are more especially intended for the evaluation of the validity of the energy return rate in nonlinear fracture mechanics.

The indicators described in this document are available:

• for local indicators under the CALC_CHAMP command, options DERA_ELGA and DERA_ELNO;

• for global indicators, under the POST_ELEM command, options INDIC_SEUIL and INDIC_ENER.
