r4.10.01 ZHU - ZIENKIEWICZ error estimator

Summary:

This document describes the method for estimating the discretization error proposed by ZHU - ZIENKIEWICZ.

This estimator is based on a continuous smoothing of the calculated stresses in order to obtain better precision on the nodal constraints compared to standard methods.

Two successive versions of this estimator are described, each corresponding to a different smoothing.
