.. _R4.09.01: **r4.09.01** Thermo-mechanical energy balance ================================================= **Summary:** This documentation shows how to write the energy balance for a calculation with *Code_Aster*. The calculation of the energy balance can be activated in the operators STAT_NON_LINE [:ref:`U4.51.03 `], DYNA_NON_LINE [], [:external:ref:`U4.53.01 `] and DYNA_VIBRA [U4.53.03] on a physical basis using the option ENERGIE =_F (). This functionality therefore covers thermo-hydro-mechanical calculations in quasistatics and dynamics.
