Restricting relationships to certain components

Components on slave nodes
----------------------------------

To restrict the components on the slave nodes to the desired components, only the rows of matrices :math:`{S}_{i}` corresponding to the desired components are retained (these matrices therefore become rectangular matrices and no longer square matrices).

Matrixes :math:`{W}_{i}` remain square because rows and columns corresponding to slave degrees of freedom not involved in the linear relationship are removed.




Components on the master node
------------------------------

To restrict the components on the master node to the desired components, only the rows in the :math:`{B}_{i}` matrices corresponding to the desired components are kept.
