r3.03.07 Follower pressure for solid shell elements

Summary:

In this document, we present the model used to calculate the load of pressure type following acting on the average surface of finite elements of solid shells corresponding to modeling COQUE_3D. The discretization of the load leads to a nodal vector of external forces and to a non-symmetric contribution in the tangent stiffness matrix. These finite element objects are evaluated at each iteration of Newton’s algorithm from STAT_NON_LINE.
