d4.08.05 sd_proj_mesu data structure

Summary:

The sd_proj_mesu data structure is attached to the data structures from PROJ_MESU_MODAL or MACR_ELEM_STAT (if the keywords PROJ_MESU and MODE_MESURE are specified).

It is used by DEPL_INTERNE to calculate the field at the measurement points (sensors) from the field calculated at the nodes of the supermesh produced by MACR_ELEM_STAT.
