d4.06.06 Data structures fiel_no_s and cham_elem_s

Summary:

This document describes the cham_no_s and cham_elem_s data structures.

A list of the main utilities working on these data structures is also given.

Two new SDs are defined: cham_no_and cham_elem_s which contain the same information as the cham_no and cham_elem SDs but which are « simpler » to handle in Fortran.

There are utilities to transform a cham_no into a cham_no_s (and vice versa) (the same for cham_elem).

These SDs will therefore generally be temporary SDs making it possible to work more simply.

Important note:

The SD cham_no_s and cham_elem_s are not as general as the SD cham_no_s and cham_elem. For the cham_no_s , we only describe the fields carried by the nodes of the mesh (and not the possible late nodes), For the cham_elem_s , we only describe the fields carried by the finite elements whose support mesh is a mesh of the mesh (and not a late mesh)
